All Things Details | What do I give to my Photographer?
Is Wedding Tip Tuesday a thing? Because I am determined to make it one this year! I know this isn’t always the norm but I loved planning my wedding! Like so much so that I also have a small event planning company with my best friend because we enjoyed planning our weddings so much! So, my goal is to share a wedding tip once a month, to help make your wedding day seem a little less stressful! If there is anything you’d like me to cover this year, be sure to comment on this blog post and I will cover it!
But my first Wedding Tip Tuesday is going to cover one of my must haves, details! Details are honestly one of my favorite things to photograph! I shoot them when I arrive and it helps me get a good overall feel for your special day! They typically show me your wedding colors, your style, and fun little things that mean the most to you. But you might be saying, “Yeah Paige.. but what are those fun little things?” Well girl (& guys) I got you! I have included your must have wedding details list below!
These might not all apply to you, but this is a great guideline to follow and maybe you’ll just see something on here that you didn’t know you had to have on your special day! I hope this is helpful!
Wedding details to provide to your Wedding Photographer:
- Wedding Rings (Duh!)
- Full Invitation Suite (& an extra envelope if you have one!)
- Vow Books
- Shoes
- Jewelry (bracelet, necklace, earrings, etc.)
- Ring Box (If you don’t have one, I got you covered!)
- Perfume
- Veil
- Garter
- Any other paper you want photographed (dinner menus, ceremony cards, etc.)
- Table Place Cards (for you & your significant other!)
- Florals (always ask your florist for extra loose florals for your photographer, this makes the detail pictures even better!)
If you want your Groom’s details photographed:
1. Bowtie/ Tie
2. Shoes
3. Cufflinks
4. Cologne
