A Classic Gather Estate Wedding | Danielle & Adam

I am so excited to share this stunning classic Gather Estate wedding with you! Where do I start with these two? Last summer when I decided to fully rebrand, I put out a model call looking for real couples, madly in love, that would let me dress them and model for me in return for a gallery! I don’t do this often, but my full rebrand needed some updated current work! Danielle reached out to me and we immediately scheduled a date to get her and Adam in front of my camera! Boy was I excited!

Danielle and Adam happened to be a Monique Hessler couple (what are the odds? If you didn’t know, I shoot for her and her team!) and their engagement session with her had to be canceled due to the pandemic. So I was even more excited to serve them and capture this special time for them as they had no engagement photos to document this exciting moment in their lives! We obviously needed to change that! We met in the middle of the desert and these two showed up in the most perfect outfits and even better, madly in love! It was such a breath of fresh air to capture their connection with one another after not capturing a session for so long due to the pandemic.

When Monique reached out saying I could be a third shooter at their wedding last October I could not wait to surprise them on their big day! I showed up, masked up, and popped into the bridal suite with Riane. Riane walked in and said to Danielle, “I have a surprise for you..” I walked around the corner, it took Danielle a minute to figure out who I was, thanks masks.. but she was so excited I was there, as was I! It was so special that I got to be a small part of their engagement and then also a small part on their wedding day. It is crazy that just a few months prior I didn’t know them at all!

My top three favorite moments of Danielle and Adam’s special day:

Danielle and Adam’s intimate first look. Adam was so content as he waited for Danielle to walk out to him. Then as soon as he turned around and saw his bride-to-be he teared up with joy. Danielle’s reaction was just as sweet as she could barely hold in her excitement. They embraced each other and just took in that sweet moment together. I loved being a witness to it!
Danielle and Adam’s ceremony. Danielle’s smile as she walked down the aisle to Adam made me smile ear to ear! You could feel her excitement as well as the excitement of their friends and family watching them commitment forever to each other. It again, was such a joy to be a witness to.
Danielle & Adam’s post ceremony hugs with their kids.. (cue the tears). I followed Danielle and Adam as they left their ceremony and waited for their bridal party to join them and celebrate. Danielle’s daughter and Adam’s son were both a part of the wedding party. When they walked down the aisle Danielle’s daughter walked to Adam and Adam’s son walked to Danielle. They embraced in a hug only a parent can give to their children. It was full of so much love and intention and truly made me tear up. It was the perfect ending to the most perfect ceremony!
