A Rainy Tropical Desert Elopement | The Veaudry’s

Libby and Chris celebrated their “I do’s” in Arizona with a rainy tropical desert elopement! Wait what? Sunny Arizona was rainy? Why yes, it actually poured during their private vows to one another. What are the chances? But they had the best attitudes about it!

Libby and Chris traveled to Arizona from the Bay Area to have a small elopement with their closest friends. They said “I do” at a private home and then met me at this tropical hidden gem in Phoenix, Arizona to document their special day, just the two of them!

Libby found me on Instagram, and to this day I still cannot believe that little app was able to connect us! I am so grateful! Libby and Chris’ relationship is funny and full of love. They met on Bumble and continued their relationship over the phone for months until she finally drove out to meet him. They hit it off and when it was time to propose Chris got down on one knee during their Christmas pictures! (Go Chris!)

I had such an incredible time during their session. Their personalities shined and we were able to capture some sweet classic portraits while also documenting their fun side with Truly’s & champagne! I am so grateful to have met Libby and Chris and document their special day. I cannot wait to meet you two for some drinks in the Bay Area sometime! Sending you all the love!
