A Magical Prescott Family Session | The Hofmanns

Kate reached out to me wanting to book a family session when her sweet little son, Owen, turned six months old. It was still pretty toasty in the valley at the time. So she decided they’d make a weekend out of it, and head to her family’s cabin up in Prescott. She asked if we’d come up there to capture their family photos. Of course my answer was, YES! So Landon, Grayson, and I all took our first family road trip to meet the three of them up North and capture their first family photos together.

Owen was a little skeptical of me at first, but slowly warmed up. His facial expressions are my favorite and I couldn’t help but have the biggest smile on my face behind my camera their entire session. Plus, I was in photographer heaven with the dreamiest light coming through the tall pine trees. What I love about Arizona is that pine trees and cooler temps in Prescott are just a little over two hours away, but then you can come home to cacti and warmth.

Kate put together the perfect outfits for her family and they all looked absolutely amazing! Now, enjoy the most perfect family session up in the pines!
