Red Rock Sedona Anniversary Session | Valerie & Derek

Valerie and Derek’s red rock Sedona anniversary session was one for the books! It turned into a much needed mommy day getaway for me as well, which I can’t complain about one bit! Sometimes I have to pinch myself because I can’t believe my job takes me not only around the beautiful state of Arizona, but to other states to capture some of the most beautiful love stories too. I am so dang blessed!

Valerie and Derek just moved into their own place when Valerie wanted to hang up some photos of the two of them and realized they never had any professional photos taken of the two of them. She reached out to me and we scheduled a gorgeous session in Sedona, Arizona. Can you even believe this is in Arizona!? I love that we are able to sneak a short two hour drive away from the Valley to get stunning views like these below.

We started at Tlaquepaque which is the cutest little outdoor market. The views around Tlaquepaque are beautiful around every corner and the lighting is to die for. I couldn’t get enough!! Did you know they actually host weddings on site? If you’re looking for a unique wedding venue in Sedona, be sure to look into this option! After Tlaquepaque we headed to Bell Rock and ended their session in the coziest outfits and playful snuggles. It was truly a dream capturing Valerie and Derek’s red rock Sedona anniversary session!
